Can you believe that in just one month your child will be starting in their new class!!! The year has flown by. We want to extend a fond farewell to all of our Pre-K students who will be starting Kindergarten. We had a wonderful graduation event in June!! This group is ready!!!

We will be posting the class lists for 08-09 in Mid – August.
We anticipate that the first day of school will be a little busy with new students, new teachers and new classes. And of course we know you will want your pictures. If you are able to make your September payment the last week of August, that would be great. It will allow us to be free to answer questions and get our classes going. Here are some first day dos and don’ts…
-- DO arrive early if you want a picture with the teacher. Give your child lots of reassurance. The will feed off your emotions.
-- DO NOT follow your child into class. This makes separation much too hard and is a distraction to the other kids.
-- DO plan to take pictures at the end of class. Our big room is bright and colorful!!
-- DO NOT worry if your child is crying or even screaming as you entrust them to us. Give them a tight squeeze and tell them you will be back. Please wait in the car or leave your cell #. We’ll get you an update after a few minutes.

Tutoring
Welcome back from summer!!! Here’s hoping all of you had a great time. Some of you continued over the summer and some of you took a break. Regardless, please read the info below….
~ Please plan to take care of your new paperwork at your child’s tutoring time or at one of our re-enrollment dates
.~ Everyone must sign an 08-09 contract. Please note the question of which payment plan you would like.
~ Please be prepared to make a deposit and August payment. You may pay with cash or check made payable to ATLC. If you have a deposit from the 07-08 year, you need only fill out new paperwork.
~Please know all phone numbers, contacts, school and grade level info, as well as which week you would like to start. This will help expedite the paperwork process.
~ Please be advised that we will do our best to accommodate all students. Those currently enrolled have first priority followed by those who are re-enrolling. We may or may not have your first choice or tutors or days, so come with a back up plan.
We will plan to send out 08-09 teacher questionnaires to you child’s new teacher two or three weeks after school starts. OFF WE GO!!!!!!
